Salamanca/Madrid, 25 May 2016.- B the travel brand, the travel agency network of Barceló Viajes’ retail division, has signed an agreement with Global Exchange, third-leading company in the world specialised in currency exchange, to incorporate foreign exchange services to its travel agencies.
By means of this agreement, B the travel brand will offer its customers the services of Global Exchange, allowing them to purchase up to 70 foreign currencies through a simple transaction. This is a huge benefit for its customers, given that other financial institutions only have available for purchase an average of 20 currencies. This kind of service represents a significant timesaving and trouble-free experience for travellers, since they can book their holidays with the peace of mind of knowing that the local currency of the country they are travelling to is surely available.
Once the customer has ordered the currency at the travel agency, they will receive it at their door, without additional costs, within the next 48 to 72 hours. To ensure the certainty of the delivery, Global Exchange has implemented exhaustive safety protocols that strictly comply with Anti-money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations.
