R&D STRATEGIC PLAN PROJECT

The Global Exchange R+D Strategic Plan Project aims to encourage research, technology development and innovation. This project is linked with the development of 4 projects and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Junta of Castile and León, through the Institute for Business Competivity of Castile and León (ICE in its Spanish acronym).

 

FINPREDICT PROJECT

  • The main objective of this project is researching a technological solution based on Smart Contracts and blockchain technology which, applied to the currency exchange, allows to create a cryptocurrency that makes currency exchange and Customer loyalty easier and increase security and user confidence through the use of Blockchain technology.

SELFEXCHANGE PROJECT

  • The main objective of this project is the development of a pre-sale TOTEM model that allows to interact with the user, offering a satisfactory experience by speeding up the process of buying and selling currencies. This totem shall optimize the user experience while reducing response time at currency exchange points.

GLOBAL ASSISTANT CHAT PROYECT

  • The main objective of this platform is creating a multi platform chatbot or virtual assistant to automate the assistance to Global Exchange Customers, improving response time in Customer service, accessibility, interactivity and customization, thus resulting in user satisfaction. Likewise, the the use of a virtual assistant will allow a continuous analysis of the most frequent customer queries, enabling early detection of problems, shared customer concerns and possible promotional actions.
