Global Exchange leads the customer service at the airport in Chile

Nuevo Pudahuel, the Chilean airport manager, gave this award soon after conducting a satisfaction study that used the mystery shopper method to assess customer satisfaction in all areas and premises of their facilities.
Santiago Airport, in partnership with Cliente Incógnito, conducted a study to assess the service of its one hundred and four (104) internal establishments, which include banks, currency exchange offices, VIP lounges, and retail stores, in order to ascertain the level of satisfaction as accurately as possible.
Among all of these establishments, Global Exchange offices achieved an eighty-nine percent (89%) level of general customer satisfaction. As a result, it has been designated as the highest-rated service at Santiago de Chile's Nuevo Pudahuel International Airport for the first semester of 2024, thus in line with our company’s commitment to excellence in customer service.

Global Exchange's subsidiary in Chile began operations on April 1st 2021, and currently has a staff of eighty-nine (89) people distributed among its three (3) work centres: the operational headquarters, the Apumanque shopping centre, and its six (6) currency exchange offices located at Nuevo Pudahuel International Airport, which receives more than eleven (11) million passengers annually.
